Our main intention is to guide these students after the TEC project so that these students can continue progressing in their education till they reach PMR as this will be the platform for them to choose their career near future.

The objective of the workshop is to guide students to choose their career based on their SPM results and guide them with their online application. There will also be an Education Fare. Six colleges will be opning their booth. This is a joint venture program with GAPIT. Besides that, we also encourage students between 18 years to 25 years to apply for courses fully sponsored by Government agencies, like IKBN and ILP. EWRF too will help to change the mind set of most Malaysian Indians who think that Skill Training will not give them a good image. We want to let them know that 3/5 of the workforce in Malaysia is skill-related job and the global demand and return for such skills are very high. We help, especially those under achievers and poor economic background with minimum qualification to apply on-line during the C3G programme.
